Hi, I'm Nia, I'm a certified clinical medical assistant and the owner of PureStone Health.
I've cared for people at every age of life from infants, bouncing toddlers, and teens at Children's Health and Cook Children's... to the emergency room at Baylor Scott & White... to where I found my calling: at a senior living community, caring for hundreds of residents and building real relationships with my patients.
The kind of care I first learned at home, from my great grandmother.
So I built PureStone. I bring care to your home, here in Dallas-Fort Worth. Sick visits, wellness checks, chronic care monitoring, medication reviews, coordination with your current doctor, and so much more.
Our supervising physician guides every member's care. But the person who shows up at your door, every time, is me. Whether you're 5, 25, or 65 and beyond. I'd love to care for you and the people you love.

What I bring to your door
Every service happens in your home, under our supervising physician's direction. No waiting rooms, no parking lots, no lost days.
Acute & sick care
Home visits for the illnesses that can't wait weeks for an appointment: colds, flu, infections, and the days you simply feel unwell. I gather your vital signs, symptoms, and history at your home, review the findings with our supervising physician, and carry out the physician's orders before I leave, from testing to treatment.
Wellness & preventive care
Scheduled wellness visits built to catch small problems before they become big ones. Each visit includes vital signs, health screenings, and a review of any changes since I last saw you, documented in your chart with a written summary for your records and your doctor.
Chronic condition monitoring
Structured monitoring between doctor appointments for high blood pressure, diabetes, and other ongoing conditions. Readings are taken on a set schedule, trended over time, and shared with your physician, so treatment decisions reflect your real numbers at home rather than a single office reading.
Injections & treatments
Physician-ordered injections and treatments administered safely in your home, along with lab draws and specimen collection for physician-ordered testing, so routine orders never require a trip across town.
Care coordination
The connective tissue of your care: medication reviews and support, plain-language visit summaries for you and the family members you authorize, and direct communication with your primary care physician and specialists, so everyone treating you works from the same information.
30-Day Home Recovery
A structured program for the most vulnerable month: the first 30 days home after a hospital stay. Four weekly visits covering vital signs, medication reconciliation against your discharge orders, and early warning-sign monitoring, with escalation to our physician or your care team whenever something needs attention.
